VALUE-ADDED SERVICES (VAS)
ALEF provides call center, SMS, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and Internet Protocol Private Branch Exchange (IP PBX) services and solutions.
ALEF has expertise and knowledge of market requirements in telephone which enables our customers to provide customised end-to-end services and solutions. ALEF’s knowledge of telephony and software development empowers the customer to tailor their specific needs and provides system to system integration.
In addition, ALEF Technology has developed and are operating/maintaining a customised VAS platform which is being used to host a call center, SMS and IVR solutions. The platform is integrated with all mobile network operators available in Afghanistan. The solution developed is facilitating inbound and outbound calls with capacity to support up to 400 concurrent calls and 100 MO/MT SMS per second.
The platform is powered by a web-based interface and ALEF back end infrastructure with integration into billing and reports.
Within Afghanistan, our solutions & platforms are currently being used to hosted IVR (455), IVR tree (456), Live call (8656), and IP-PBX. We also provide to our clients : the set up survey, polls, appointment reminders and payments. IVR is particularly effective as a response mechanism for TV talent shows and telethons.
