IVR is particularly effective as a response mechanism for TV talent shows and telethons.

ALEF Technology has vast experience in providing integrated SMS solutions into your business services, ALEF has standard APIs for integrating core banking systems, billing systems, and any third-party systems. In addition, ALEF Technology have developed and are operating/maintaining a customized SMS platform which is being used to host a wide array of SMS solutions currently in the marketplace. The platform is integrated with all mobile network operators available in Afghanistan. The solution developed is facilitating 100 MO/MT SMS per second.
