Duties & Responsibilities:
• Designs/codes applications following specifications using the appropriate tools.
• Maintains and modifies existing applications, software & websites, and its customization.
• Develop required software for clients & Alef Technology on regular basis.
• Develop required software for Value Added Service (VAS) projects
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that the work delivered is in accordance with the technical standards of the client.
• Design, develop and implement unit and scenario testing for existing code base and for new functionality under development.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Recognizing opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies in our data systems and processes to help increase data quality, enable consistent results, and govern data democratization across the organization.
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor of computer science or relative field with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge of Agile development.
• High-level knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, and Drupal CMS
• Intermediate level knowledge of system administration (Linux and windows)
• Hands-on experience in Asterisk environment
• Sound knowledge of Asterisk Dial- plan, Asterisk Gateway Interface, Asterisk Manager Interface, and Asterisk integration with MySQL
• Intermediate Knowledge in VOIP, PBX, SIP, RTP protocols, IVR, and Voicemail.
• Other Call Center related applications.
• Excellent Analysis and Reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of object-oriented design and development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to make decisions.
• Punctual, accountable, and work on holidays, overtime, and late at night if required.
• Knowledge of computer equipment and the ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives.
